"Tend Your Garden; Tend Yourself." That's the tagline for timebank member Elise Stigliano's Garden Coaching business which focuses on Gardening while integrating Mindfulness, Self-awareness, and Empowerment.

Elise will host the Silver Spring Timebank's monthly Virtual Social for May. Weather permitting, she will be in her garden for part of the social, where she will discuss and demonstrate Mindful Pruning, Zen Weeding, and more. You may join from your garden, too, if you wish.

As with all our socials, there will also be time for attendees to chat, learn about one another, and perhaps even arrange an exchange or two on the spot.
